Notes: Fusion (obtained Using the page HDR on line on this site) of three pictures on a scale of 2 stops. The dome of the Chapel of St. Joseph includes an octagonal base, from which stands a mannerist stucco decoration, with winged hermes that alternate with lunettes surmounted by mascarons, which gives it grace and movement. The frescoes above were painted in the sixteenth century by Carlo Urbino, with clear references to the contemporary dome of the Foppa Chapel, both in the sought after glimpses of the figures and in the expressions of wonder and disbelief of the disciples during Pentecost. The free composition of the figures that stand out against the blue of the sky with the divine dove at the center appears particularly homogeneous and suggestive.
